Who are they?

Crew Training provide customer service and guest engagement training for the leisure and attractions industry. Focusing on unlocking the potential of people in this sector, they work with theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, restaurants, libraries and universities to help teams engage more with guests.

The Challenge

The Crew Training website was dated and didn’t position them as the premier training supplier in their sector. We were tasked to produce a responsive design to work across desktop, tablet and mobile that will support and generate new leads. Increase awareness of activities, approach and points of difference of the company and aid marketing to a wider audience. Clearly present content that will meet audience information needs along with a sharp, clean and engaging design that will position the business as a highly credible and professional training company.

The Solution

We wanted to present Crew’s story, build credibility and showcase the four different services they offer. Beginning with the site architecture and navigation and bringing in signposts and call-to-actions allowed us to produce scamps to cover all content that needed to be included. With key messaging and copy established, a full redesign was worked over the scamps focusing on colour schemes to compliment their branding and fonts that were bold and prominent.  Lastly was the hero video production, bringing together various of prerecorded media to create crew’s story with movement.
