With the appointment of a new headteacher and a further intake expansion on the horizon, the school identity needed to be updated to reflect the changes happening at St Mark’s. Whilst taking the heritage of the old identity into consideration the challenge was to modernise and align it with the schools values and vision.
The Viaduct symbol delivers a sense of place and anchors the identity in the local environment. Along with the symbol new fonts were incorporated into the design and the colour scheme updated to give a contemporary look and feel. The new identity was implemented across collateral internally and externally, delivering a unified message.
