Ealing Mencap is a West London based charity that helps and supports people with learning and other disabilities to fully enjoy their rights and give them opportunities to live as independently as possible.
We’ve been working with our Ealing Mencap client over the past few months to improve the clarity in their messaging around the support services they offer to adults and children in the West London area who have learning disabilities.
Once the tone of voice and key value propositions had been established we were tasked to carry this through into a new, fully responsive, engaging and informative website.
How we helped
To ensure we fully understood the key messaging requirements, we conducted short surveys with key audiences, held workshops with staff members, met with key team members, reviewed existing marketing materials and conducted a competitor audit.
Following this we were able to develop and agree the core proposition of Ealing Mencap, along with key messaging and tone of voice.
Once these fundamentals were in place the next step was to ensure they were clear and upfront in the new website for maximum impact and professionalism.
